Highly recommend Barb and the whole Pathway team for anyone needing a mortgage. Our realtor, Sarah Forth (who I also highly recommend) recommended Pathway to us, but I did my homework and met with several lenders before deciding on Pathway. Of the lenders I spoke with, Barb spent the most time getting to know us and answering all of my questions. She's also great to work with because she has a sense of humor but is very direct and honest. The whole process was very streamlined and the team does a good job of letting you know what to expect next and when. And anytime we had a question, it was answered quickly, whether it was 10am on a Tuesday or 8pm on a Saturday. Friends had made the whole mortgage process out to be stressful, but the team at Pathway mortgage are pros and made the whole process a breeze. We will always be greatful to Barb, Justin, Phuong, Marianna and the rest of the Pathway team for taking care of everything so we could really soak in the moment as we purchased our first home.
