Every property manager and maintenance professional I encountered was courteous, efficient, and dedicated to keeping the space well-maintained.

When it came time to move out, they made the entire process seamless and stress-free, and I truly appreciate the level of service they provided over the years.

As an old Pasas tenant I decided to leave a review. Ryan was always professional and on time, great with communication. Need maintenance submit the request and they will be there with a time frame and ready to fix. Maintenance and apartment common areas always clean.

I am writing this review due to the fact that I dealt with the management that took over (Rock Rose commercial) THEY ARE THE WORSE, their communication lack of respect and time management, apartment complex presentation was horrible. I wish Pasas would have been our current management I’m they would have made everything so much easier and less stressful since moving is stressful enough.. once again if you are looking for a management property Pasas is the way to go! Ryan would definitely take care of it all!

My name is Melinda Huey. I am a senior who was looking for a property management company to take over the day-to-day managing of my family business.

I've been with Pasas Properties Management for some years now and was very clear to make note this was a family business and should be run as such.

Most of my interaction is with Ryan and Tanna.

Ryan is the maintenance supervisor for all rental properties. He listens to your concerns and keeps you updated on any changes or repairs that need attention. He stepped into some big shoes and has filled them without reservation.

Tanna, the leasing agent, helps set rent prices and she is right on the mark of where rents need to be. She has increased our rentals to a level that is in step with Pacific Beach, California.

And Linda Pasas, who is the owner of the company, has taken the time to hire all these great people. Thank you, Linda.
