When we started our home buying journey in early January, we met Jordan at one of his open houses. Our first impressions of him were how kind, welcoming, and professional he was.

After explaining to him our situation—selling our condo in the Bay Area to move to Sacramento—he helped us find an amazing real estate agent for the selling process while he represented us in the buying process in Sacramento.

Jordan went above and beyond by showing us many homes and understanding what we were looking for. He made sure we understood each step of the home buying process and answered any questions we had along the way.

When we were under contract for the home, he ensured all necessary contingencies were in place to protect us throughout the escrow process. Also negotiating on our behalf to get funds for some needed repairs.

One of my favorite parts of working with Jordan was his recommendations for lenders, contractors, and inspection companies, along with his overall knowledge of what to look for and look out for when viewing homes.

It was such a pleasure working with Jordan, and I plan to recommend him to all my family and friends who are looking to buy a home in the Sacramento area!

We engaged with Parm and her team in August 2023 when we saw the success she had with selling a house across the street from our home. Kevin Lor was performing an open house when I introduced myself to him. I witnessed how quickly Parm and her team were able to market, engage with customers, and get a house sold.

Our home needed some work before it was ready to sell at the price point I was looking for. By engaging with Parm early on, we were able to tap into her knowledge and experience to assist us with refreshing our home. She was sympathetic to our concerns (i.e., cost of refresh) and worked with the time we had. We kept Parm and Kevin involved in the refresh process as we valued their direction and input.

After working on the house refresh for 18 months, our home was ready. Parm and her team descended on our home with military precision, capturing the necessary information (i.e., pictures, seller's needs, et al.) from my wife and I. On January 16, we were on the market.

On the following weekends, Open Houses were held. There was some interest. And we needed to make some tweaks to our home sale to make the home more appealing. We did have to contend with rainy weekends and Super Bowl Sunday. Eventually, on February 11, we received an offer that met our goal. We were under contract days later and closed on 3/4.

Throughout the entire process, Parm and her team kept us in the loop. We knew how many people stopped by for Open Houses and who wanted to do a private showing. At times, Parm made some suggestions as to how to proceed when it seemed interest was faltering. Parm, Kevin and I kept a very professional relationship throughout it all.

I would utilize Parm and her team again if the need ever arose.
