This place is heaven for sure . I visited my family here and I was amazed to find all the necessities here ….!! Grill , pool , lawn and the infamous Thomas who can fix anything ! For sure , you won’t feel like you are living in mobile ? I love parksideeeee .

Excited to be moving in to Parkside this week! Leaving a review mainly due to the quick turnaround time of the leasing office. From my tour of the beautiful model apartment, to signing the lease the process was quick and easy. Special mention to Jessica. She did BACK TO BACK showings of the model apartment and treated both of us with respect and kindness while being very personable. She answered every single question I had while sprinkling in answers I didn’t even know I needed. Jessica was fantastic and played a big part of my choosing of Parkside.

I could not be happier with my apartment. I have been a resident at Parkside for 5 years. My apartment is spacious, well-lit, and affordable. The customer service is great. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. Maintenance is knowledgeable, shows attention to detail, and they fix things very quickly. The office staff is polite and professional. You're greeted with a smile and treated like a friend. I have access to a pool, gym, and clubhouse. They frequently hold events to show appreciation for their tenants.They also allow pets. This is a great place to call home.

Wanted to give it a minute, but moving here was the right decsion. Was give two weeks to get to Mobile from Greensboro, NC and Parkside were the only ones to respond and made the transition so helpful. Even since I moved in, they have been so helpful and communicative. Highly impressed so far and never had accommodations in an apartment like I have had here.

It's unfortunate to be writing this review. I stayed at Parkside for 4 years. I think anyone looking to stay at this apartment should know that their management doesn't hold loyalty to their tenants even if you have been a long time resident who paid their rent on time every single month and never caused problems. They have you sign a Carpet Repair Addendum within the contract which puts financial responsibility on the tenant if you cause damage to the carpet reducing the 7 year life span of the carpet which seems reasonable. Upon move out, I cleaned my apartment the best that I could, hands and knees scrubbing the bathroom. I took good care of that carpet, had no pets and there was no damage done over the 4 years, yet I was hit with a 500$ bill on move out. I tried to reason with management that this does not fit under the language in the addendum, but they did nothing to help my cause. Furthermore, the carpet was 6 and a half years old, so it was nearly time for a replacement regardless of damage, but they still put the responsibility on me to help pay the cost of something that should have been covered by my monthly rent.

In my mind, this is their way of avoiding some of the cost for which they as an apartment should be responsible. I have never seen such a contract at any other apartment, and I think it's just a way to have tenants share the cost when a carpet has run its course. I see that other people have written a similar review for this property, so it sounds like I am not alone. For anyone looking at this apartment, please know that they will not be reasonable regarding the language in the contract and you should expect a bill at the end of your stay.

Love Love Love this apartment complex! Property is clean well maintained. Office staff is very friendly and efficient with answering questions. Maintenance responds quickly to requests! I have been living here for 4 years and I’ve never had a problem . The neighborhood is very quiet and safe! The office staff does a great job with coming up with fun monthly events for us . They really care about their tenants! I wouldn’t live anywhere else!!

I’ve lived here for 2 months now and everything has gone very smoothly. The staff is excellent and very friendly. Jessica at the front desk is awesome and super helpful. The maintenance staff is very good as well.
Great amenities. Actually really good gym. Good location as well. The apartments feel very roomy even will the smaller SQFT ones.
