Small and overpriced. Great staff who are always out and about working in the complex.
Have had 2 mice in the walls. Caught both of them but we suspect there are more.
When I called and asked for the problem to be handled, I was told "There's not really much we can do about mice. This is Alabama"...
Terrible way to handle a tenant complaint.

Oxford Lake being walking distance away is nice. Quiet community. Friendly neighbors. Great wall thickness. We never hear any noise from neighbors.

Small, over priced and no amenities. Management office is 30 minutes away. No staff at location. Many of the photos is of the park near by, not the actual apartment
