Hidden gem in the AV. Beautiful and well-maintained campus, friendly and hard-working staff, and affordable apartments. Each one comes with a garage, which is basically unbeatable for the price. The rules can be a bit strict, but it keeps the place quiet and clean, and that's exactly what I was looking for. Very military friendly. I can't recommend them enough 🙏

This is the best apartment in the Antelope Valley. It’s very affordable, with *below market rents*, as they value relationships over short-term profits. My already low rent was not increased the entire time I was here despite the inflation from 2022 to 2024. Park Terrace values relationships and curates a fine community of quiet, well-behaved tenants. You won’t find any loud parties or riff-raff here. Apartments and facilities are older but clean and very well maintained. It is on the west side of the 14, in a safe, convenient area of Lancaster. It is by a busy road with traffic, and rent is payable by money order. Laundry is communal. Cindy and Joe are fantastic, friendly and kind and responsive to maintenance requests. They live onsite, run a tight ship, and don’t take any nonsense. The beautiful lawns and trees are very well maintained. There are year-round pools onsite, and every unit has a garage, balcony, and gas range. Come here if you just want an affordable, quiet, relational, no-frills home. There is no bull, no short-term moneymaking. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I have lived at Park Terrace since October 2014 and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE. The grounds
are beautiful, the complex is very clean, everyone's patios or balconies are nicely kept and you
are allowed to have a gas grill and patio furniture on it. It's nice to be able to B.B.Q at your own
apartment rather than use a community B.B.Q. My 1-bedroom apartment comes with a 2-car garage which
is another plus, every apartment in here comes with a garage. The manager Cindy is very nice and when
you call in a work order for your apartment, She always has the maintenance man Joe take of it right
away. Before I retired my job required me to move around, and this is by far the most well ran apartment
complex I have experienced living in. It is extremely peaceful here, very relaxing, nice neighbors and
everyone in here looks out for each other, including Cindy and Joe. They are such a pleasure to be
around and it just makes living here a great experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PARK TERRACE.

We lived here for a year (2019-2020), after relocating from out of state. Park Terrace was exactly what we needed. The location is very good, our 2 bed apartment had its double garage and double bathroom. The master bedroom was big enough to fit our king size bed and furniture (rooms we saw at other complexes were too small for this). Cindy, the admin, is on top of everything. We only needed a couple of things during our stay, but they were taken care of right away.
Washer/dryers are shared, and there are two pools. The landscaping is perfectly maintained.
There is no one hanging out in the common areas, just people walking to/from parking lot or pool. This place made us feel very safe and comfortable! Yes, the apartment did not have any luxury finishes but it was perfectly clean and good-sized.
Dogs are not allowed, but it is cat friendly, which was just what we needed.
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, trouble-free, and veeery DECENTLY priced place to live.

Really good experience living there. Apartments are older but really clean and well kept. Each apartment comes with a garage (1 or 2 garage) which is very convenient. Management and maintenance respond very quickly. My heating unit went out one night and was replaced the next day, no hassle.

They also beat all the other apartments when it came to rent prices. I lived there for over two years and my rent never went up, even when my lease was up and I lived month-to-month.

I lived here twice, each time for about 1.5 years. The apartments are well managed, well maintained, and clean all around. The amenities are pretty basic; there’s multiple laundry rooms on site, a couple of pools, and each unit comes with a detached garage. There’s no gym, community office, snack room, theater, etc but the price of the units reflect that so, if you’d rather pay less for less frills than this is a great place to live.

Love this place! Very quiet, very clean and beautiful landscape! Locked garages with every apartment, a big plus!!! If something is broke in the apartment, it gets fixed right away! Apartment manager and maintenance are great people.
