There are a lot of property management companies in this town, some good, but mostly bad. I've been dealing with these folks for 15 years and counting. I've never had a problem with communication with this company, in fact response time is usually the same day. All of our requested work items have been completed in a timely manner, by contractors who have been working in anchorage for decades. There is usually two sides to every story, and occasionally three. As is the case in all interpersonal relationships, the management company and the HOA must be a good fit to provide good results. If this is not the case, it is wise to move on to another partner.

This management company really hosed our association. They didn't do any research when hiring contractors and now we have to completely redo all work done. On top of it, they aren't helping us get our money back from the contractor, and then put their notice in and are leaving us without management. They are very, very slow to respond, if they respond at all. Buyer beware.
