Tom is a mortgage guru, and his passion for what he does is unmistakable once you speak with him. He gives you the facts up front so you know everything you are getting into, vice the bait and switch a lot of the other folks use that just wastes everyone's time.
I tell him what I want to do and he structures a customized loan specific to my goals for that property, which in turn results in maximized profits and minimum headaches.
