Kevin is not only have great achievements in residential real estate services, he is very professional in commercial real estate as well. He is able to help me prepare all required documents and business plan, and presented everything to the seller’s side. He is not only professional in real estate, he is also a certified business negotiator and he was able to get me a great deal out of it! And thanks to him, we found the best one within a month. He is able to understand all of our business needs and able to help us even after the deal. He even asked his crew to help us moving all of our stuff to the new place. Had the absolute worst experience with Realtor/Broker Tina Yang. Unethical, does not know the law and engages in illegal business practices, rude and cavalier. Would not recommend!

Terrible Tersa Yang desperate form money. Controlling behavior on signing leases and requesting wire transfers with out even meeting her in person. FRAUD.
