We hired Pacific Appraisers to conduct an outside appraisal for a planned temporary construction easement needed by Santa Cruz County. Shain was incredibly easy to work with and extremely responsive to our questions. We felt secure knowing that our needs were being met. In the end, the county no longer required the temporary easement for their project related to the rail-trail.
