I have leased office space from PAC Properties since 2014 and enjoy the courtesy, professionalism, and responsiveness always received from their team. Even during the pandemic, I was impressed how they went above and beyond to accommodate tenants. I have leased several offices over the years, but none have been better suited for my advertising/marketing business than the PAC Property. My unit is a perfect balance of professional space, natural light, and building amenities. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

DO NOT RENT FOR THEM!!! I am currently a renter from PAC and my service dog has been getting attacked inside the building. Three separate occupations. We filed a written complaint after the first two, to which nothing happened. Then TWO WEEKS after our complaint my dog gets attacked again. When we asked if we could move out with a lease termination fee, they said no because "we are allowed time to rectify the issue, this is why the request to have the lease break fee waived was denied." WE COMPLAINT TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE THIRD ATTACK!! Save yourself the hardship and stay far away from this rental agency.
