Abel was great! He was constantly showing me places. He is very good about working around your schedule, he will take calls after hours and show you homes after hours (5:00pm). He also is super knowledgeable and really cares about the industry. He made my first time home buying process EASY! He is very accommodating and very professional. He’s great about communication and doesn’t care how long it takes you to find your home, he will be with you the whole time! I hope he works with more people because he is great! He also has a great mortgage person (Tom) who is amazing as well. Trust and buy your home with ABEL!

I will definitely be using him in the future for all my future purchases!

Abel Duenas is his own broker, which means he has very little oversight. I recently purchased a home and he represented the sellers. He nearly lost the sale due to his lack of preparation and communication. Our realtor was left having to deal with his mistakes.

After the sale he made no effort to help remove our listing. I've spoken with other realtors and I understand that he has a bit of a reputation for being a bad agent.

If you can avoid dealing with him, you will be better off, but if you have to make sure you check his work.
