I had a wonderful experience with Own up the first time! the Rep was incredible.. he was through and made me feel like I was important and never brushed me off or that he was too busy. the man was working on my mortgage the day he got MARRIED!! I am trying to refinance now and reached out, somehow rocket mortgage got my info and started the process. they have given me 3 different sets of numbers now. So back into old emails and I reach out to find my old rep is no longer their and someone else says they will help. however they really don't seem to want to help. they are telling me now isn't a good time to refinance and giving me higher rates then the other.. already leaving a bad taste in my mouth and like I am a bother. I had hoped for the same experience as before since reading all the other glowing reviews - that they hired all the reps that were that dedicated, mine doesn't even really want to talk to me. Whats going on Own up? is there a rep I can talk to?

Tyler was so helpful in helping me find a better mortgage on my wife and I's first home. We had previously worked with a mortgage broker, who was very friendly, but was not offering us a competitive rate. Tyler found us multiple rates 3/8 and 1/2 % off our then rate. He also answered my call late in the evening when we decided we wanted to lock in our rate. This service was truly excellent.
