My aunt lives in this community.I love coming to visit her- It was the best decision we could have made. Trish is so sweet to her and the other residents. I love it here! She definitely makes it easier knowing my aunt is in great hands. Very helpful and she did a beautiful sound bath that we really enjoyed. The rest of the staff is nice and friendly. I would recommend moving your loved ones to this community.

Such a beautiful 55+ community. The residents are friendly people that have a sense of belonging and pride in where they live. I had the opportunity to be on @GolferPete’s podcast today in studio. Enjoyed every bit of it. Discussed recovery work in the context of addiction.

Such a nice place and I would happily live here if I were in the market.

Trish has been such a blessing in my life. She always finds time in her busy day to make me feel seen, heard and with out a doubt... she puts a smile on my face. Her mindfulness classes on Thursdays have been so impactful, although I've been here for a year-these semi new classes allow me to engage with my community on a level that bring me a moment of relaxation, gratitude, and provides a space for me to ease my mind. I just signed my renewal for another year and I'm looking forward to growing with this community.

My mom is a resident and has been for over a year. I come and visit 2-3 times a week and ALWAYS am so impressed how clean it is all the time and everywhere( every nook and cranny). It always smells good on every floor(we walk the halls). The person to thank and recognize here is Clarissa . You’ll see her working hard and the proof of her work is how clean the building is!!
Walking into Overture you are blessed when the beautiful friendly Trish is at her desk to greet you ! It is always a pleasure to walk in !

As of today I give it 5 stars. We have had 5 managers since I have been here. Only 1 was good and we hated to see him go. More recently, this past week, the assistant manager was promoted to manager and a large group of us are ecstatic over this promotion! He is far better than the managers before him with his approach to be able to listen and not being a control freak.
He cares about the residents, takes time to listen to them, answers emails and actually tries to make sure everyone is happy here, listens to their concerns and changes are made quickly - so unlike the past 3 managers we have had!! He actually seems he likes his job, perhaps the other managers just did not like their job. Great job on the promotion Greystar!!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Overture Barrett which is one of the most beautiful properties I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The is a top tier complex! The amenities are superb, grounds are immaculate, and the apartments are spacious and well equipped. It is a very active community with plenty of activities. I also had the pleasure of meeting, and chatting with some of the residents. However, what made my visit special was the AMAZING Sales Consultant, Amy Lambert; her knowledge of the community, and her openness and kindness alone made me want to live here and be apart of something great. Amy, thank you again for the invite to the Memorial day celebration.

Yesterday I stumbled across Overture 55+ during my lunch break. This hands down is the best leasing consultant I've met in a while. Lately, no one takes the time to show you around, follow up or pay attention enough to answer your questions. Trish literally gave me an experience! She was very interactive with her residents while on tour, yet very attentive to what I was looking for. Trish also went the extra mile to personalize her follow-up email. Great Job Trish, I look forward to sharing with my team some of the things I picked up during my leasing experience with Trish!

I applaud Clarissa and Andreco, these staff members continuously go above and beyond what is expected of them as staff. They are efficient, courteous and make the residents feel they are cared about and appreciated. They deserve to be rewarded for their dedication and excellent work ethic.
