I do not recommend them!!! I was forced to move for work and needed to buy a house with short notice and didn’t have time to research different Realtors in the area. The mistake I made was using them to represent both parties and therefore causing a conflict of interest. The home inspection was not thorough and I have had multiple issues since purchasing the home. Since Outlaw represented both parties all that mattered to them was getting to closing so they could collect a check. As the buyer they did not represent me well and took shortcuts to make the sell. They also lied twice first they told me they would have the property surveyed and it would be included in closing costs, that didn’t happen, then they told me they would make sure I had a home warranty that covered the roof, that was also a lie. If you decide to use them be very cautious.
