Beware of this property management company.

Rental agreement was started on 5/29/24, and I was informed the owner was planning to sell so I moved out sooner than that date, 3/2/25.

The condition of the carpets in the apartment was not updated and I have pictures prior to move in and upon move out. They charged me $200 for cleaning and then texted me some bogus claims for why I was charged this, on the carpet was already in bad condition. What they claimed was normal wear and tear according to California laws for rentals. I messaged the property management company and receive no response. This is deceitful and lacks integrity. Find another company if you're looking to rent in the area.
