I have used Original Mortage for financing twice now within the last 4 years, and I have to say Mike is unbeatable. Both in the deals he can find, and also as a person to do business with. I do my due diligence as a shopper, and I shopped around other lenders, and no one could beat what Mike was able to find for me. But that’s also because Mike is very transparent with the offers he can find, he doesn’t try to sneak in fees other places and pretend it’s a better deal than it is. If I showed him another lender’s offer, we walked through it with me so I could see it for what it really was. And THAT is what makes Mike different, he is so honest and trustworthy and really does everything he can to help you make the best decision. Absolutely Phenomenal help and service provided by the main man Mike Mammen. It was my first time ever purchasing a house and Mike had went above and beyond in helping me the entire way. He worked with me through the whole process from helping me understand how to position my finances early on (debt ratios, credit ratings, etc), to pre-approval, and finally getting my first mortgage. Mike has so much experience and understands this business so well, I trusted that he was considering all options and getting me the best rate possible. Mike was 100% available for all of my ridiculous questions. This was my first mortgage so I was unfamiliar with the process and how much I would be working with Mike, the realtor, and the title agency - Mike was always the first one communicating everything with me and keeping me in the loop. Mike is AMAZING! I am so lucky a friend referred me to him because he has made the home buying process so much easier. I bought my first home with help from Mike and he walked me through every step of the process.
