I recently toured Orchard Trace and was thoroughly impressed. The apartments are incredibly spacious, providing a warm and inviting feeling of home. The walk-in closets are a fantastic feature, offering plenty of storage space. The high ceilings add to the open and airy atmosphere, and the beautiful garden tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The kitchen is a standout with its gorgeous cherry wood cabinetry and contrasting oak wood planked floors, giving it a modern and stylish look. The gym is well-equipped and ideal for maintaining an active lifestyle, while the pool area is simply gorgeous, offering a serene spot to unwind.

Overall, Orchard Trace combines comfort, style, and excellent amenities, making it a wonderful place to call home. Highly recommended!

Update: I was hoping by now to change this review My power bills have been $250-275 a month for atleast 3 months now where mostly everyone in my building is $110-115.
Maintenance replaced my air filter and stated i had hot air blowing in my second bedroom. They checked today and says it's blowing cold. The power company also stated something is going on with the air conditioner making the usage high. I cant get any help no cooperation. I'm seeking legal help because I'm disabled on a fixed Income and they act like this is a joke. My pain is worsening because of the stress. I can't wait until December to get out of here.
Oh they did put up a handicap bar to help me out of the tub so I guess that should make everything OK. They look at me and talk to me like I'm nothing I can't even begin to tell you how I feel right now.

As I still live here but will not sign another lease. I'm disabled and upon moving in I was lied to about the apartment being clean and had to clean it myself. Nothing is fixed properly or timely. Air circulation is awful, pool is used by everyone, car wash doesn't work, gate doesn't work, the outside is dirty. I live across from the pool and tennis court and looks like the tennis courts have never been cleaned.They want to continue repairing and not replace appliances. Maurie is very rudeness matter how nice I try to be she makes me feel as if I'm a burden. Wouldn't help with the flex rent they offer when I needed it. Not to mention my neighbors sound like they are coming through the ceiling all day everyday even knocking my bathroom vent in. I'm told at first 3 police reports and now 5 before they can do anything. I even contacted upper management and they have yet to contact me back . By far the worst apartment ever.
Update 6/20/2024: After meeting with Southwood Realty I was told my concerns would be addressed and in short my refrigerator was replaced after having to argue with maintenance because he came and adjusted the temp and my food began unthawing telling me I had it set too low i told him that's the only way my food was staying frozen. When installing the fridge he was very rude and I asked why is the pool closed and he stated they've been trying to get the levels correct for 2 days. I said what are we paying for appliances that barely work, no pool, no car wash, noise neighbors and rude staff. So you correct 1 thing. As he entered my apartment a letter fell and it had been delivered that day by the sheriff yes an eviction notice 1 week after I paid the rent. I took it to the office and was told it was dropped well how embarrassing is it for them to leave something on your door. I live across the hall from my supervisor so I'm sure he saw it. My dishwasher continues not to clean my dishes but hasn't been addressed and my neighbor above me has some rituals they do at certain times of day where they are literally jumping on my head but it's ok because it's part of their daily living. I won't contact them again unless it's a near death situation because I'm tired and it's stressing me out is so not worth it. Sunday my neighbor upstairs was locked out of her apartment and maintenance said he didn't get paid to open apartments and she needed to call a locksmith. We called several locksmiths and Noone was available
She stayed at my apartment for over an hour she's from out of state with no family here. I called maintenance again for her and he was extremely rude to me but said he would come and he did about 30 minutes later. I also called for the security officer whom I never heard from. Mauri called me the next day stating she saw I called I said yes that was yesterday and I explained the situation. Again I have to deal with this for 6 more months. Your home should be a place you enjoy and apartment living shouldn't be stressful but this time around that's all it is. I look around and this place is a gated mess so don't let the gate fool you.

I absolutely LOVE my apartment. my boyfriend and i are first time renters, and we got in here so fast it’s unreal. my ceilings are huge, i have beautiful appliances and it’s so spacious and just amazing. i love my apartment so much! i also love how flexible the management is. shoutout to Maurie, because she is just amazing!! absolutely incredible place to live. maintenance is amazing as well. they’re ALWAYS prompt and usually show up the day after i make my service request. i have zero complaints living here; matter of fact, i recommended this place to my brother in law and he now lives here as well!

DON’T MOVE HERE ! It’s very expensive and not worth your money. The management is terrible and very blasé and careless about your concerns. My apartment unit was infested with mold and nothing was done about it. Mauri is not a help at all. She gives you the run around just to get you off the phone and out of her face. The apartment is not up to date. It’s very old and stuffy no air circulation. 0/10 I don’t recommend what so ever. Take your money someone else where you actual get your money worth.

Searching for an apartment was hard and took alot of time to find the perfect place. Then... I found Orchard Trace it was a quick and easy process. Maurie the manager is the Bomb. And I love staying there. It's peaceful and such greats neighbors

Great Experience! This was my first time renting an apartment and they made my experience very lovely. The staff is nice, very helpful, and they will work very fast and hard if you ever need anything. It is also very quiet living there and you won’t hear any noise walking from your car to your building. I have no complaints and I recommend them. 10/10 Experience

I am currently in the process of trying to rent an apartment here, but I must say that Shameka is an outstanding leasing agent and representative. She has had great communication with me so far without me feeling like I’m begging her for updates and has already been very helpful to me. I haven’t even got an apartment at the complex yet, but I definitely would recommend them to anyone based off of their staff professionalism and the pride that they take in their establishment. Hopefully I get an apartment and come back to update my review soon as I look forward to becoming a resident of the Orchards!

I can't wait till my lease is up, my car has been flooded twice and nothing was been done about it, the complex wouldn't even reimburse me for having my car cleaned. They allow people with pets not to be on leashes. People aren't cleaning up after their pets as well, I have a mold issue that hasn't been addressed I just hope neither I or my husband get sick, dont move here. The gym is a joke as well, paying $1500 each month for nothing!
