The whole area started to go down hill before and especially after the Great Recession. Retailers and other name brand businesses have left the area and Section 8's, crime, gangs, mofo's have taken over! Wish that I could afford to move out of the area!

This shopping center is run down. It does have the 99 cent store and Big Lots. Reve Reys soul Food is a new addition on the Buchanan side of the center.
