DO NOT use this company!!!!! Do your research and find another company that VALUE and RESPECT clients and who have your best interest at heart. Ed Webb and his team are incompetent and terrible at managing properties and will give you a hard time when you are terminating contract. He’s condescending and refuses to show face when confronted with these behaviors. He does not call back or answer emails in a timely manner. A group of owners and myself have been trying since the summer to move to a new company and he has delayed this process for no specific reasons. I would hate to think he has taken the money in our account and ran with it. Because why else would you want to delay the process?

I rented an apartment with this company years ago and still look back on those memories of interacting with their representatives with absolute disgust. Not only were they unresponsive and irresponsible, they were also downright mean--I would say rude, but that word seems like too much of an understatement. It was like I was speaking with playground bullies. I remember being ridiculed for not knowing certain legal terms or for making reasonable requests. I brought my father into their office with me once, since he was in town and wanted to come along, and they even were mean to him. Absolutely horrible experience. No one should ever have to go through this just to rent an apartment.

If you are looking for a good management company you will not find it here. The owner Ed is not very good at customer service; he is rude and condescending to anyone who needs assistance. I am not sure how they stay in business when their sole job is to provide customer service and they can't even do that.
