Ogletree and Chivers surveyed our property when we purchased it, first marking the flood plain so we could see where it was and if we'd need flood insurance 8 years ago. They came back at our request to survey the common line with the neighbors as their landscapers removed the survey stakes. Good thing as one had been moved over 10 ft. They were reasonably fast to get to us and were reasonably priced. Phil Chivers is a very nice person to work with. I highly recommend them if you need a survey. Thanks for your services.
