As a Title/Transaction Attorney, I get to see 'inside the ropes' of which bank is providing the best rates and services to its clients, the business owners and borrowers. By far, OSBDA provides the best of both. Not only is it a FIXED RATE FOR 25 YEARS and 10% DOWN (most banks have either a 5 or 10 year fixed rate and then adjusts, but they also require 20-25% down payment), but their SERVICE AND RESPONSIVENESS is beyond compare. They call their clients back and look for reasons to approve the loan rather than to deny it. I do not hesitate to refer my clients to OSBDA.
