Oakwood apartments have been here for a while and with the new management, it is becoming a great place to live again. The maintenance team is awesome. They respond to requests timely and are very professional. The laundry room is clean and convenient. The property is quiet at night and that's important to me.

The landlords here are nice and thoughtful maintenance gets done quick. They had a bouncy house and turned the laundry room into a haunted house and the kids had a lot of fun. They really went out of there way to do so. And they also work with you to find a solution if something isn't solved or they let you know when it will be.

I’ve been in these apartments for about a year now and I’ve seen a lot of changes here. When they say they are going to do something they do it. They are so sweet and easy to talk to about anything. Ms Lee and Ms Liz are doing an awesome job. They keep the grounds tidy, they are quick on maintenance request. Keep a line of communication open with them and you will love it here.

I became a resident with Oakwood in 2020. What I've have noticed since the new management team Mrs. Lee and Ms. Liz took over in November, is that there has been nothing but positive changes. The new company has stepped in and upgraded the entire apartment complex inside and out. From renovations and work orders to noise complaints. They are taking this property seriously and to new heights. They've giving this place a much needed make over and I will say it is looking and feeling really good. Communication goes a really long way as well. If any issues come up, you can be reassured that these two ladies and the maintenance team will make it right. Great work to everyone and thank you all for everything!

I am currently staying at this apartment, and it is absolutely stunning! The space was modern, impeccably clean, and filled with natural light. The attention to detail in the design made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet peaceful and quiet at night. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I can't recommend this place enough!

I'm a past tenant at Oakwood Apartments. I moved out recently and I hate I did. Cause Mrs. Lee & Liz that run the property are amazing. Their has been so many changes from the parking lots, upgraded apartments, and superior maintenance staff Dominic & Martin have been a God send. And I can't leave out Mr. Eddie Lee whom has fixed our a/c and completed our work orders. Ghan & Cooper Multifamily management has genuinely turned these apartments around. So I definitely recommend these guys!!!

Pretty Humble

Ms.Lee and MsLiz are the new apartment managers. They are so awesome. They are really working hard and making all the apartments look Super Duper nice. Most of the apartments are newly renovated with all new appliances. I’ve been a resident here going on 2yrs and i recently transferred to a renovated apartment. I absolutely love it and i am so grateful. Thank you!!

Ms. Liz is who I worked with but the entire staff is incredibly sweet and dedicated to they're tenants needs. Thank you so much for providing a nice environment for our children and families
