Oak Tree funding was wonderful! I'm a retired CPA and I used to think I could source a home loan as well as any broker. Boy was I wrong! Wahid was able to access programs I couldn't access directly and made suggestions I would never have thought of. Wahid of Okleaf Funding had helped us twice: refinance our primary home in 2016 and purchase of new home in 2018. On both these Wahid had provided us excellent service. He is very knowledgeable and honest. If he is not sure about something, he will research it and confirms from his resources to make sure that the information he is providing us is correct and valid. He takes the time to explain everything. Buying a house or getting the house loan refinanced is a very stressful and long process but Wahid was with us every step of the way until the closing of the loan.
