I have not moved in yet but so far I am highly impressed with the grounds very clean and quiet. Lots were litter free and grass was cut. Each time I visited it was very quiet. The rent is very reasonable for what you get. I will do an update when I move in.

Update: I have lived her for a year and just renewed my lease. Scott who is the property manager is a fair and understanding person. He and his staff are very thorough and keep the grounds well maintained. Any maintenance issues which for me were not many, were handled in a timely manner. I am looking forward to another few years here at Oak Grove and thank you Scott for making us feel welcomed. If you are looking for a clean and QUIET community look here first.

The rent is very reasonable, and the neighborhood is quiet and clean. The manager Scott is very personable, and is always riding through checking on things. In addition, the maintenance team is professional, and quick to respond.

Although i dont live here i have driven through the area and it is always clean and nice they did not have any availability but i will check periodically to see if they do. The manager was very nice that i spoke with over the phone.

This neighborhood is very quiet and well kept. I very much enjoy living here! Nice neighbors. Attentive landlord. Close to Conyers Covington and Monroe.

Filled out an application, payed the app fee. Got email to fill out another application for another fee. Do not trust these people.
