In the current (2021) sellers market, I wanted to to make sure I capitalized on making the most from the sale of my mom’s home. It was also important that I found an agent that I could intrust in handling the stressful nature of selling a home. With an abundance of realtors to choose from, I did my due diligence to screen several before I found Jose Perez. During his listing presentation, Jose was able to walk me through what the whole process would look like. He was very methodical in the evaluation of our neighborhood. I was also impressed with his attention to details as we did a walk through of the house, he pointed out things that he thought needed attention to bring in more value. Jose studies nearby listings and competition. He was able to bring to our attention a new, nearby listing that was only a couple of houses away that was put on the market a day before our listing. By catching this listing a day before, Jose was able to leverage and re strategize our marketing and pricing point to maximize our profits. We couldn't be happier with how we were treated by Denise Garcia and Jose Perez of the Nueva Real Estate Team. This is the second time we have used their services to look for a home. We decided it was time to get a bigger home with a much bigger yard for our kids. Denise did an excellent job marketing and selling our home. She prep the inside of our home followed by a professional photographer and videographer, to take some high quality pictures along with a Video Clip showing the inside and outside of the house all of this included at no extra cost.

I highly recomend to all my fellow Military Veterans & Law Enforcement personal to give Denise a call. She specializes in "VA LOANS" and her expertise when dealing and getting VA Loan offers Accepted is amazing.
Denise was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the sale of our house to the purchase. I wish I could find some criticism to help her better herself in her career, but I honestly can't think of anything that she could have done differently or better for us.

We had some difficult moments in looking for the perfect home for our family that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did. We weren't entirely sure what the process would entail and how much work it would take, but Denise & Jose were VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that she knew her career and had our best interests in mind. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so. We don't think Nueva Real Estate could have a better Duo representing them, Denise our realtor and Jose "Tapatio" our broker.

Nueva real state was awesome!! Really appreciate the time they took to explain the whole process on looking for a home. they took time to drive out santa Maria area and lompoc area. Hope they work for you . They came by my house soliciting and left a flyer on my doorstep . Which is is against the city code as it contributes to litter. If they don't follow the city code how do you think they will do for you . They also seem to not be able to read as I have a do not solicit sign on my door that they just ignored not very professional and rude.
