hey i’m jack and i own a g35, i took my poor g35 to get a clutch and a valve cover when i got the car back there was a problem. i confronted them and the “mechanic” telling him there was what sounded like a miss fire, his response was “well it’s running a lot better then when you drop it off” in a mocking tone. now i have a foot long scratch, uneven idle … now to my inspection since i do most of my own work i notice a snapped stud on my valve cover causing a vacuum leak, everytime i spray the leak with starter fluid my idle rises, i wasn’t gonna leave a bad review but it’s honestly because i can’t give it less then one star. don’t take your car here you have been warned overall the worst experience i’ve had with a auto “repair” shop i would like to add that tammy was extremely nice and none of this is on her

Matt and the team at Northup’s are extremely honest, knowledgeable, and do exceptional work. I know my car is in good hands when I bring it in for maintenance and repairs. Navigating the automotive world is challenging at times and finding a trustworthy and skilled mechanic is essential. But look no further as this shop gets my highest recommendation!

Prompt and exceptional service. Understand multiple make-model issues and willing to use refurbished parts (when you need to be conscious of a big bill) or to use factory/dealer parts as needed. Cannot say enough about these people here; office staff is great, mechanics take pride in their work and will educate you on your vehicle and how best to service it. And they are always transparent and honest!

I have been a dedicated BMW service center customer only for the past 10 years. I had the pleasure of reaching out to Northrup's for a simple state inspection appointment. From my first contact when I called, to my arrival for my appointment, the actual inspection process, and finally working through a reinspection issue it was an exceptional customer service experience. As I sat in my car and watch the mechanics work I noticed that the garage was clean and organized and the team members were professional and happy. How many times can you say that about a garage experience? I am looking forward to my next appointment for an oil change and establishing a long term relationship with another great local small business. I also had the pleasure to have Bill, the owner, take care of my inspection, but given the atmosphere and attitude of team members at Northrup's I look forward to having anyone of those professional work the vehicle. Great mechanics. Fair prices. Lovely front desk lady. They have stood behind their work by doing repairs under warranty--example rear struts that needed to be done 14 months later were done for free.
