Dan Sack at Northpoint Mortgage saved us $20,000 at closing. I'm sure that's probably not normal, but for us he was a God-send! I very much appreciate Dan— his heart, and his knowledge base. He cared for me and my family, and he efficiently walked us through every detail of our loan estimate and our final closing disclosure. And I'm proud to say that on our closing day, there were no surprises. The final cash-to-close actually ended up being lower than his original estimate, which is unheard of! Thank you Dan and thank you Northpoint for expediting this process for us.
