Amber and all of the staff at Northern Nevada Property Management were very prompt when our family found ourselves in a bind with our current pm. Ink Realty in Carson City has been the most responsive and prompt in the application process. I appreciate their availability and communication. I stayed in a property managed by NNPM for approximately a year. From the very beginning I was really stressed with the way a lot of management companies were taking my rental applications and large processing fees, but with no follow through. I have decided credit and made enough money but nobody was even respectful enough to verbally deny me.

Upon contacting NNPM, I was treated with decency and respect. Koah, in particular made sure I had somewhere to go. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was taken care of. This behavior continued the entirety of the year I lived there.

I’m very grateful that we rented from NNPM, and I personally believe they are a step above everyone I’ve ever rented from.
