Joe and his team is amazing. They are so proactive with what they do and very knowledgeable about everything. Our previous mortgage guy didn’t help us with our visa related questions, so me and my husband ended up not getting a joint mortgage. But this time Joe and his team helped us with all the questions we had and we were able to apply for a joint mortgage. He gave us the best rate too. North Point Mortgage Advisors is the real deal. They made my house buying process so easy for me. Joe Rogers made it even easier, he was very communicative, had the right information and honest. When he said we were going close in 2weeks, it was hard to believe but he came through for us. He followed up on all parties involved, made sure documents were sent out and signed in earnest. No delay came from his end, and we closed in 2weeks! No hidden cost, all the calculations he made came exactly as he told me. I enjoyed working with Joe and I totally recommend him and North Point Mortgage Advisors.
