There is not enough room here to list all of the great things about Susan Phillips and the rest of the crew. We contacted Susan in 2006 when we were considering moving up to Georgia. She was so professional and we saw a minimum of at least 25/30 homes per day. She has sold 3 homes for us in less than 2 months each. We also purchased 4 homes through her. Easy, smooth transactions. Susan was always available whenever we needed to talk. After 13 years of knowing her I couldn't imagine anyone else working for us. She is not only a good person, we consider her a friend. We had an amazing experience with NGCL! We had been daydreaming about properties in Blue Ridge for a couple years. Their website is so user friendly and easy to navigate. We contacted Susan Philips and she was very responsive from day 1. She answered the hundreds of questions that we had and explained the process of buying a house so thoroughly! Based on our personal preferences, we both came up with a long list of houses to look at and she spent the weekend showing us dozens of houses. She was so patient and knowledgeable of the area. When we closed the deal on the house of our dreams, she was there to represent and get the keys for us since we were out of town.
