Great Service Experience Ms. Savannah was our intake agent representative. She was knowledgeable and Friendly and Professional. Time waiting on vehicle was not bad. Basically we were 30 minutes early for our appointment. 5 Star location and clean waiting area and spit shiny bathrooms.

Recently bought a truck and car from Sumter Nissan. The staff was friendly and professional. Mitch connected our phones to the cars. He also went over all the new features that we didn't know about. Facility first rate too. Would definitely recommend them if you're in market for a used or new Nissan.

Update: Service manager reached out and is working on a resolution. I’ll update again based on follow-through

I had service done at Nissan of Sumter yesterday and asked about getting my leather seat fixed since we bought the interior protection plan. I was told their guy would be there between 9 and 10 AM today.

Before heading over, I called at 9:30 AM and was told he’d actually be there between 10 and 10:30 AM. I live 30 minutes away, but I made the drive and got there a little before 10 AM. I let the service department know I was waiting, and they said they’d let me know when he arrived.
• 10:40 AM: Checked in—no sign of him.
• 11:20 AM: Asked again—same vague response.
• 11:50 AM: Asked one last time, and they said they checked, and he still wasn’t here.

At that point, I told them I was done wasting my time and heading home. Their response? A vague, “Someone will call you.”

So not only did I sit there for nearly two hours, but I also wasted an hour of driving for absolutely nothing. I get that they’re busy, but if the guy was running late or wasn’t coming, just say so instead of making me wait around.

I had two jobs to get to today, but instead, my entire morning was wasted. Terrible communication, zero respect for customers’ time. If you have other things to do, don’t count on them to keep you updated.

Horrible place of business. Employees are rude, do not speak, nor will they offer any help. Went in to simply purchase some oil and an oil filter. Stood at the parts desk for 15 minutes before someone finally came out. I was then told that they do not sell oil (in believable) but they had the filter. I specified TWICE that it was for a 2024 Z, and was still given the wrong filter. Avoid this place at all costs.

I bought a 2023 Maxima Platinum from them. They didn't have the one that I wanted but my salesman Leon Winn located the car within 24 hours . I spoke with another dealer prior and they told me that the car was not available within 500 miles. But Leon found the car at another dealer in South Carolina. I will definitely buy my next car from them.

Yesterday, I purchased a vehicle at this Nissan dealership. I drove more than 700 miles to trade in our current vehicle, so making sure things were right before the sale was very important.
