NiM Property Management has been terrific in helping us get our units vacant from tenants that has not been paying and rented back out very quickly to new tenants that have been paying on time. We have had problems for a few years with these units and we have finally been able to turn things around for the better because of their help these past 12 months.

Wish I could give zero stars. Complete scam. Nathan the owner took was hired to manage our HOA community but failed on all counts. Instead he took the dues and didn’t pay any of our account causing them all to be disconnected. Now he won’t respond. Stay away at all cost. We’re currently having to seek legal advice to recover the thousands of dollars he stole from our community.

We have a few buildings in the Pasadena and South Pasadena area that NIM Property Management has been managing for us.
