Nicole was awesome! She made the process of shopping for a home so easy. She was extremely attentive to our needs and went over floorplans in detail. Nicole Nark went above and beyond to help my family find a home in Little Rock, Arkansas.
We were buying from out of state, so she took the time to do a walkthrough of a few properties on video chat.
Even when our first offer fell through, due to huge amount of property buying going on, she kept helping us look for a new place until we found the perfect home.

Nicole was wonderful! We found her on YouTube while searching for information on Arkansas. We set up a meeting with her over video chat and immediately knew we found our girl. She was very responsive and would go to any house we asked her to. If we were out of town (which we mostly were) she would video chat us and give us a thorough rundown of the home, and even if we weren't available she would take a video and post it to YouTube for us to watch at our convenience. All this was during the big COVID market boom no less! She's very motivated, knowledgeable and made our first home buying experience a breeze 🙂

She left us hanging. Not sure what we did wrong but we are first time home buyers. The first Monday she showed us 7 or so houses and we really liked one of them but we wanted to look at other ones outside of Little rock. She asked when a good time would be and we said we are free this upcoming Monday again. We waited all morning for a text and even woke up at 6am so we would be ready when she texted us.. No text back at all until 12pm saying system was down Sunday so she couldn't schedule anything. Ok, I believed that but why not text me Sunday night She then asked when the next day we are free to look at the houses and we said Tuesday. She said great I'll text you with the location and time to meet. Never heard another word from her. She wasted our time and led us on thinking she was going to help us find our new home. I would have rathered her tell me the truth that she didnt want to help us then wasting our 2 days off. I could've found a better realtor who was achually willing to show us some houses outside of Little Rock..Maybe her commission wasn't going to be high enough with our budget of max 150k we had or she just didn't like us. I'm not sure. I even sent her list of houses we wanted to look at. Its kinda disappointing and I highly recommend finding a different realtor that won't leave you hanging. I will say one good thing about her though. She was very nice and professional..
