My husband and I purchased the most beautiful house in Saint Marys, Georgia; and Niccole Wildes was indispensable to us every step of the way.

Full disclosure, I have been a licensed real estate appraiser in the state of Maine for 30+ years and have a unique perspective on real estate brokers - having interacted with over hundreds of them over the years; however we new nothing about building and/or buying a house in Georgia.

I can honestly say I have never met a Realtor better at the job than Niccole, who maintained the highest of ethical and professional standards in all of her dealings with us throughout the entire process.

Niccole exceeded expectations throughout the entire purchasing of our lot and home building process. At the most stressful time of our move, (I was dealing privately with a brand new apartment complex) the rental that we were supposed to move into while waiting for our build fell through and Niccole stepped up and immediately found us another home to move into. She made it happen for us effortlessly and very smoothly. She's always available to answer questions, very friendly, and always smiling. Niccole's willingness to help is exceptional at all times. My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Nicole Wildes as the listing agent for builder/Developer Corey Murrell.
