Shane and Tanner are amazing! They walked me through the process of renting our home and helped me find the perfect tenants. They are on top of any issues you addressed quickly. They RETURN phone calls in a timely manner. ( Big) Their kind and customer friendly.

I wish the Owner of my apartments would keep them.

I am so pleased with Next Home! Every time I called, I was able to reach a human being. I told my agent, Shane, what kind of rental I was wishing for and he found a property that exceeded my expectations! When I toured the property, Shane counseled me on ways to make my application stand out so I would have a shot at getting this property. I was amazed that I got it! I think I am just so impressed with the human quality that Next Home brought to the experience. When I have worked with other property managers the service was practically non-existent. I felt disappointed when I finally did get some canned auto-reply email response. Not helpful! Next Home has me spoiled! Real humans who care about their clients! Bravo! Such a novel idea!
