Mr. Lambard is a true master of his trade! I have never experienced someone as professional or with the experience and knowledge of the VA Home Loan process. We had been trying to buy a home for over 5 years , we constantly heard from several other agents "we can get you approved" but once they looked at my profile, it was a quick no. But with Kevin was a quick "we can do this". got us fully approved for well more than what we needed and got us into a new construction program to build our own home! i would never use anyone else!!!

If I could give a negative star I would. We had a broker working with us for our dream home (Anthony Odom) he assured us we had approval from a lender 3 times. We had a settlement date of 30 days from the day the offer was accepted. The last week before settlement he said we were approved but needed more information. We provided him the information with in a hours time which would normally take a few hours to get hands on. We jumped through his hoops. Long story short we lost our dream home because he did not communicate properly. He hardly communicated at all. ... I recommend that if you start to here the name Nexa, run, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Broken promises, no communication, and consistent lies. I do not recommend them.
