Honestly I wanted to like this property management company, until I moved out and the security deposit was shorted after I received a text from property manager that it looked great! I was told I would be given an opportunity to fix any issues found during the walk through but nothing was mentioned in that text. Until the refund check arrived to me with deductions. Even after reaching out and having a written text from the company agreeing to send back a portion that was charged "just because they could" I have not seen the money. I am filing a small claim in court to retrieve it, and it isn't even about the money. It is about being honest and following through with your promises. Good Luck to all!

Very unreliable company. This company wants to charge people to fix up the properties they have because they don't do any maintenance work without charging the tenants. My girlfriend has been renting from this company for a couple of years and they give her the run around when it comes to fixing anything but they want to charge her for fixing anything in the apartment where she lives at.they take there sweet time doing anything for there tenants. I have talked to a lawyer about this situation and they have said that my girlfriend is not supposed to pay for any maintenance or fixing the property where she lives at because it's the company's responsibility to make fix there properties it's there jobs not the renters job ..broken windows clogged plumbing and maintenance is not the tenant responsibility....

Lani and Jessica are absolutely AMAZING. We couldn't be more pleased with their services. They fill our units in a timely manner, resolve work orders quickly and the accounting is precise and on time every month. They also either pick up when I call or return my call the same day. I never feel as if I'm in the dark. Signing up with NWM has been the best decision we've made. We can truly trust them with our investments and you can too!

These ladies rock! Always friendly and genuine. They have given my husband some great advice and helped us generate hundreds of dollars more than when we managed the property on our own. Two years in and we are very happy with their services and our new tenant.

I rented a location from them for year .. it was ok they would come and fix things when called took a while to get a mailbox and never got our grass cut like they said but besides that its was good for a year.

Application process in the beginning was fast BUT I moved out April 14,2020 and I was supposed to received the deposit within 21 days of the move out day its May 26, 2020 and have not received anything and on top of that I do not know how much ill be receiving. I called them and texted them multiple times before and it took them a week to get back to me to tell it was sent on April 29th.. and again its May 26th .. its been 46 days as of today and I have the usps mail app where they scan all incoming mail and nothing from New Way Management has been seen.

Im a bit upset that they text me to tell me to pay the garbage amount due but they haven’t even sent my deposit.. and I asked if I can pick up the deposit and my question was just ignored.

Update May 26th 2020 Just got a text . I believe I will be going to get the deposit tomorrow.

I will update within a week if I get my deposit.

The staff have attitudes and act like you are not supposed to be upset when they are not doing what they are supposed to as the management company. Hate working with this company, I wish my landlord would have found a better Management Company! If I could have put no stars I would have. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!
