Arely @ New Leaf is the best! She responds in a timely manner....addressed any concerns we had with the properties we looked at and made sure that we as tenants were a good fit for the owners. But more importantly that the owners were a good match for us!

Renters and Landlords BEWARE!!!

Our original landlord couldn't deal with renters who are aware of the law and refuse to be walked over. So, he hired New Leaf. They began poorly, then after I bugged them with issues from our subpar rental they eventually got better. Sadly, they returned to their old form. Dont dare ask for too many repairs or rent a home from them that has too many issues like we did. They will go from wanting to help you, to tons of attitude and distaste for you and your issues. Landlords who like their tenants or are kind and or respectful at all, BEWARE. Future and current tenants, be careful not to ask too much, or you might actually irritate them and make them do their job.
