If you are looking to rent a home DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANGELICA GARCIA! she will be quick to take your money for the application and after that she will not respond. I have tried for days to contact her and she does not respond to email, text messages or phone calls. I understand that selling a house is more important than taking money from people for rental properties but if you are going to do both be loyal to both. Since my application was turned in about a week ago. I have only received 2 responses from her both of which were very RUDE I could tell she did not want to deal with me or my application as I was pushed off. I don’t recognize anyone ever do business with this realtor. The only reason she is employed is because she works in a family business. I will never inquire any properties from this woman or her company ever again. I will never give her my business or recommend her to anyone. And when I’m ready to buy a home I will use someone who gives a sh. She is very shady and she waited until the last minute to try and process our application on the 5th day of submitting it. We were in contact with our current manager and she submitted verification last minute and INCORRECTLY. So we paid 100 dollars for nothing. For her to waste OUR TIME. Her license should be taken away for horrible customer service

Great family own business. Friendly but firm takes good care of their clients. As a renter, they inspect the home every three months. After 5 years as a renter it a nunousce. Have to take off work. If you complain. They say so? You want to give us a 30-day notice. Other than that, there are professions, polite

I give a 5-star rating only because it is the only highest it will allow me to give. If I could give a 100-star rating, that is where I would be with it. I recently purchased a house with the help of Veronica Coronado, and she is absolutely amazing!!! Buying a house has easily been one of the most complex and stressful situations I have ever experienced and with her expert advice and guidance homeownership is now an achieved milestone in my life. Her pride and dedication to the job and her clients is at the highest level, and I can not imagine having made it through this process without here.

Not a Great experience , I was helping my sister in law find a home, I referred her to this organization, She paid the application fees , an Agent named Angelica G was handling her application, she never returned her calls from voicemail left to her , communication was very little, only through text messages, then she never contacted back . Fees paid and no help or follow through.
