New Era Lending helped me with my VA Streamline Refinance with ease. Specifically, Mike Mashhour did an amazing job at answering all my detailed questions about the loan estimates/closing process along the way, and I asked a TON of questions. I was going back and forth between New Era and another lender and the other lender reached out at the last minute to let me know they could get me down to a lower rate than what I locked in with New Era. I reached out to Mike to see what could be done on their end and, with the help of Branden Vullo, they were able to create a new loan estimate the following morning to match the competing offer in a matter of a few hours and got the notary the updated papers to sign that day so I didn't have to reschedule that appointment. Because of this, New Era has gained my trust and respect and I look forward to working with them in the future relating to the IRRRL program!
