I'd have to agree with Joel. The owner and his family have always been incredibly flexible when it comes to my income tax needs. I live 90 miles from San Jose and still return every year to do my taxes at New Bay. I have trusted this business for several years and have always encountered a welcoming, positive, and friendly environment. I definitely recommend their services to all my friends and family!

My family came here every year during Tax season, we were very loyal customers. Unfortunately my last experience was terrible. The owner of this place was unbelievably rude, and not to mention the entire time we were there he humiliated and offended my father and his occupation. I was flabbergasted and sickened by the lack of respect and professionalism.
