1) Christina Boyette is very personable and talks to clients with ease. She communicates frequently throughout the process. I have Christina on my preferred vendors list.

2) Christina kept both, listing and selling, agents up-to-date during all steps of the transaction. The buyer mentioned to me at closing that it was a seamless process and Christina, along with her team, were wonderful to work with. The loan was cleared-to-close 8 days prior to closing which allowed the closing attorney's office time to issue the ALTA 3 days prior to closing.
