Extremely rude and disrespectful Mr.Garcia called my company in reference to booking a move out cleaning service. Prior to booking he explained it was "light" trash. When upon arrival it was a lot of trash in each room as well inside the cabinets. Including furniture he expects for us to move out  "I'm not a moving company". I explained to him at time of booking as well when I called him. Service must be paid prior to booking being no one would be present and I will not be meeting you. Crickets... no response was made so I placed the key back in lock box and left. Mr. Garcia then calls 15mins after not responding to discuss cleaning. I then proceed to explain to him the conditions again when booking my services. I've never done business with you and if you have no plans to be present when service is starting/finished payment is due prior. From that point conversation went down hill. Mr. Garcia then carries on trying to explain to me how the service should be done and talking to me as if I'm beneath him even laughing. I explained to him I booked and fitted you in last minute on the holiday on top of that on my mothers anniversary today I loss my mother. He then says you don't want the money what a insult! No I don't build business relationships with people talking to me any kind of way. He then flat out hangs up in my face! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you not DO NOT do business with Mr. Garcia. He is extremely rude and condescending and I never even met him. Customer service is what I pride myself on giving when doing business and receiving. It's the main reason I have over 100 five star reviews. My recommendation is you try it it may change your ratings and how ppl conduct business with you. I wish I would have looked at the reviews first!⭐ BEWARE

Larrie Garcia is extremely rude. I was really hoping to have a better experience from what’s online, but unfortunately not.
I met him to view a property and asked if they were planning on cleaning and spot painting the place before someone moves in. He basically ended the tour. I asked if that’s the same condition he’d like me to leave the unit in when I move out. I asked a question which hit a nerve. Rude, unprofessional, and condescending like others stated. But I am thankful for him disclosing who he really is prior to me moving in. Beware.

Please believe the 1 star reviews. I wish I would have seen them beforehand. Tiffany is a liar and the company is a scam. I called Tiffany at 12pm to enquire about my rental application and was told that they were awaiting employment verification. Talked to payroll and the had not received anything. Tiffany assured she would send again with the updated fax number and still nothing. Called again and larrie picked up the phone to say the landlord chose another tenant. Why would she lie to me twice about employment verification if supposedly the landlord had already chose a tenant.

DO NOT rent from this company. They do not care about you or your family. We've been here 4yrs and have had 3 big plumbing issues and the a/c unit go out. When we called last year about the a/c we were told that our request to have someone come out that day was unreasonable along with ,",This isn't room service". It was 85°+ deg in our house and we have a special needs child with severe epilepsy. The last plumbing issue we had, we asked could a professional company come out which they did and told us we needed a new hot water heater but the property mgr canceled their service and used one of his own people who said it didn't need to be replaced. We were told that the guy he called out on 2 plumbing issues is not even licensed. The other maintenance guy that came today was here all day and still can't fix it but didn't bother to tell us it'd be tomorrow until we threw our hands up as he got in his truck to leave. I've had the property mgr show up unannounced and speak rudely to me while my husband wasn't here and I told him the media needs to know how he operates, he then says, "Sweetheart, you do what you need to do". He is very condescending and acts completely different to women. My husband called him today to tell him this is unacceptable. At one point the property mgr laughed at my husband and wanted to argue over a conversation that was done by text and tried to twist it. We have repairs that have never been done and he obviously doesnt require previous tenants to clean before leaving because we had to do a big clean before moving in and paid to have the carpets cleaned.

He did not return our security deposit for a bunch of made up lies. He is very rude and disrespectful. Only acts this way behind a keyboard or telephone. And treats women with the upmost disrespect! He is a liar and very unprofessional.

Yummy (Robin) Pressley - I apologize for not being authorized to return your security deposit. If only you had not left food spoiling in the refrigerator. If only you had not left 2 truckloads of junk we had to haul off. If only you had not stained the brand new carpet you were using. If only..... You must understand that Neighborhood Realty takes seriously our responsibility to manage our clients properties as though they were our own. We take seriously our fiduciary responsibility to our owners. I hope you will take better care of the home you are now renting and will live up to the agreement you entered into.

I applied for a property a week ago and was told I was good then after a slow update I contacted to find out what the hold up was so I was told everything was good so now waiting on owner approval. A few mins later I get a email stating that I was magically all the sudden denied because of bad rental history and evictions and nothing will be sent to owner. Which I don’t have any evictions and literally just got approved for $300,000 mortgage but with this bad market I’m not finding anything I would buy so I’m stuck renting until something good comes up so there is NO WAY Any of that is in my file. So I called him back and explained to him that isn’t possible and the only thing that has ever popped up in reference to eviction is a property that my name was used on in which I have a police report for a fraud case that I’m going through. He stated he won’t except it and that it’s showing multiple accounts and that I should contact Transunion. I immediately called them to sit on hold for an hour for them to say that they show NO eviction accounts because the fraud case one was removed after completing the investigation and I have NO collections other than Student loans. So she asked if I could get more info so she can try to locate what it is he’s seeing. I then call MR. LARRY on 3way and I told him who I was and asked him if what he see shows any account numbers or something that will help the rep locate what he’s referencing and he rudely stated ( I don’t know all of that it shows in collections and public files call Transunion ) so I told him i have them on the phone so as the rep introduced herself and proceeded to try to get details in order for me to make sure I don’t run into this hiccup again whether he decided to decline my application or not he states ( I Don’t Care If They Are On The Phone My Decision Has Been Made Goodbye And Hangs Up ). I have never been in a situation where I felt discriminated against but this definitely feels like this type of situation my credit isn’t bad, none of the stuff he stated on my credit is there, and he’s angry for no reason. I did call back to speak to the manager only to realize he is the unprofessional manager so I will be filing a report and contacting the BBB this type of customer service is unprofessional.

Neighborhood Realty will take your money. Stay away from any property managed by this company. Manager promised to contact owners about cleaning the house prior to our move-in. Their response was...."....we feel it is reasonable to ask you to
vacuum. If you need help arranging for someone I can provide some referrals."
Vacuum?! There was food still in the microwave oven, hair and shaving "leftovers" in all the baths-- I have video. Which I'll probably post on youtube under the heading 419 Buckboard. I'll link it here when I get the time to upload.
Their handyman would be in our house and call Neighborhood Realty; we would hear the entire conversation. Then, NR would deny they were contacted by the handyman. The dishwasher was 10 years old and finally gave out- it leaked and caused mold and rot in one of the walls. It took over 2 months to get it fixed- and the dishwasher was never replaced. We were just told- don't use it.
It took 18 days to get a refrigerator that worked. Then, they dropped off the ice container with spider webs and dead bugs in it. I have pictures!
When we moved out, the house was in better shape than when we moved in, and we left several hundred dollars worth of window treatment, towel and bath racks in the hopes that they wouldn't screw us out of our deposit. Guess What? Deposit came back missing about $250. After reading the fine print which stated he'll keep $150 as an administration fee- after already paying an application fee and down-payment to hold the house- they kept another $86+change for cleaning!!!! For Cleaning?!? Did they charge the tenant before us a cleaning fee? If so- they stole it and kept it for themselves. When asked about the extra charges, their response was that "all charges were at the instruction of the landlord".
So who is worse- the landlord or the property manager? I guess it doesn't matter.
STAY AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY.
