This military bank is the best bank in the world thank you Navy Federal. You are the greatest Bank I have ever been with in my entire life. I have been with first interstate Washington mutual Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase I think that’s it. I have been with every bank that I know of I guarantee you my money is so safe with Navy Federal not only that but I’m treated with kindness and respect and I’m valued. My money is valued and protected by Navy Federal I get unbelievable Offers with Navy Federal and sense of credit cards and so on lines of credit credit cards they have the best APR that I have ever seen with Navy Federal. They have great checking account savings account. I have never been happier nor have I ever been contacted and made sure that I’m making that purchase on my Navy Federal account whether it’s a dollar worth of a purchase nor have I ever had my account because I had had my account with scammers on it at Bank of America. I guarantee you that Navy Federal make sure that not one scammer would ever get on my account and they protect me fully and take my money no matter how little or big that it is, worth $1 million and make it feel like that it’s unbelievable how much protection and credit and just the outstanding service that I get with Navy Federal and how well I’m treated with them from the minute. I get on the phone with them until the end and they make sure I know what’s going on and they talk to me and tell me and take care of my money. I have never seen fraud unit as good as Navy Federal is. I guarantee you that I’ve had my stuff scammed and scammers on my account with Bank of America. Their fraud detection people are just security guards compared to Navy Federal officers that take care of any kind of fraud that’s going on my account. I’ve had money taken out of my Wells Fargo, not made by me but I guarantee you Navy Federal would never allow that to happen so if you’re looking for a bank and you have military and you’re able to get it to Navy Federal Credit Union, outstanding credit union and the fees and stuff are superior beyond any credit union I have ever seen thank you Navy Federal and all your employees and everyone who talk to me on the phone thank you very much for treating me like the most important person in the world, and thank you for protecting my money no matter how much it is and make sure it’s always safe in your bank. Thank you very much. I am so over pleased with Navy Federal. and they have auto bones that are out of this world. Those people know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about and they don’t know something they’ll find out immediately for you. They know about their stuff and what they offer and it’s outstanding I can’t compare them with any bank nor credit union around. Long line to even get into the Credit Union. 20+ people at 11 a.m. on a Tuesday. No line at the ATM though.
I ended up waiting over 1 hour to get to a teller. The ATM ended up with a long line too.
The problem is not the staff. The teller who served me was prompt & very helpful. NFCU needs a bigger facility & more staff.

I came into NFCU to pick up an auto loan pre approval package. I was in line for a good 10 minutes on a Friday. Very impressive. The staff were getting customers in and out. When it was my turn the guy took 30 minutes just to look up my information and do the required steps to get me the paperwork. It wasn’t because my transaction required a lot of time it was because he kept falling asleep while helping me. The young lady next to him must’ve seen it and she knocked over her stapler to wake him up. This was my first time ever stepping foot in a NFCU and if this is the experience I’m going to receive I’ll continue my mobile banking.

This location needs some serious management attention. The tellers, and the greeter, were pleasant, and the location looks nice and modern and well maintained. However, there was a great lack of decorum. It was very noisy inside. This branch sounded more like a raunchy bar than a banking establishment.
I did not feel comfortable here, and I doubt I will ever come back to this branch. I drove an hour and a half to get here, because I had to conduct some business I couldn't do over the app.
