It was such a pleasure working with John Wolkin, as first time homebuyers we didn’t know how the process worked and he took the time to walk through the whole process with us from the beginning. He’s quick to answer emails, phone, and even text messages. Throughout the whole process you just felt like John was one you could count on to have your best interest in mind and not just close the deal the deal at all costs. John went way above and beyond even going as far as to reach out to the sellers side to vouch for the strength of our financial situation to back up our offer which is so important these days with the competitive bids. The transition into the contract period was just as smooth Karolina and the rest of the the team was on top
of it making sure we got all the necessary information without duplicating any effort. I can say the mortgage side off the deal was one of the few aspects that was either on time or ahead of time in the process. Highly recommend working with Rate House and specially John, take that from a couple who was on the fence about working with mortgage brokers in the first place we would definitely go with them again if we ever have a 2nd go at it!
