Our HOA’s experience with NPS has been incredibly frustrating. Slow responses and poor communication have been the norm. I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere if looking for a new management firm.

I have owned condos in many different complexes. This management company is the worst I've ever seen. Extremely not professional. They do not take complaints seriouse and are very slow to respond. They are not only hard to communicate with, but extremely belittling. They are not transparent at all and make residents feel like it's them vs the management company. The lack of professionalism is very abviouse in their unethical management practices.

I am an owner in the property they manage in Scottsdale called El Chaparrel.

This is the worst property management company that I've ever had to deal with. Not only do they operate outside of Az open meeting law but they actively promote less then open activities, hiring friends and colluding with board members for personal gains.

On top of being bad actors, they are slow to move on any repair and try to deny any ownership in flopped projects, hiring contractors that disappearing with money while not completing jobs.

Do not ever let your board, your community or your commercial property hire these crooks. They are absolutely unprofessional and will try to threaten and intimidate owners.

pretty sure the location listed here is the old address, not surprising though. the one thing they are great about is maintaining a paper trail to avoid litigation to cover themselves legally. everything else is a sham, our property is being grossly mismanaged and areas that need to be addressed are seriously degraded. our chiller system has multiple holes in exterior panels reducing the efficiency of it and resulting in it cycling on more than it should which will result in burning up yet another fan motor, not to mention the excessive scaling on the fins. they use incompetent contractors who make excuses for why they cant complete a job or why it takes days or weeks to fix something. we have rotting paint and wooden exterior structures, as well as dying and overgrown vegetation, cacti that are so overgrown limbs are falling off into residents backyards and other areas where it poses a hazard if you try to access a common use water faucet outdoors. there has been a dead cactus that I walk by every day for the last 3 years that has not once been cleaned up and the landscapers excuse is that they don't have the proper PPE to trim or clean up cactus, so why are we using an inferior company or service if they cannot perform the essential duties that they were contracted for. NPS's manager constantly gives his verbal word claiming to respond to you when he returns to the office only to "forget" until it's convenient for him to send out a citation, then and only then do they communicate in a timely manner or at all. our community is fed up with the condition of our property, neither NPS nor our Board of directors has safeguarded the vested interested of our community. nothing but excuses and gross mismanagement of collected dues.

Tread carefully if you rent an apartment managed by this company. They use the cheapest possible labor for all landscaping and repairs. Our complex has had the water shut down FIVE times in the span of a couple of months because their irrigation piping system keeps breaking. This is at an expensive complex too.

By far the worst property management company that I’ve ever had for a property. Service requests have been ignored for months. Nothing but excuses. They just don’t seem to care. WOULD STRONGLY CAUTION AGAINST USING THEM FOR YOUR PROPERTY!
