I know that the corporate office is quick to try and resolve complaints but the issue is that my direct manager is now retaliating to my first complaint and making work toxic and I am honestly scared to go back on Monday as I fear more back lash. Today alone he threatened me that Virginia is an at will state meaning he can fire me for no reason because I asked for some accommodation to my recently forced changed schedule as I normally worked 6:30-3 he changed to 4-12:30. I attend college and set my school schedule to the work schedule he said was locked in and wouldn't change. So on Tuesdays my class ends at 8:40, it's 35 minutes to get home, and I need time to settle before I sleep. It would be about 10-10:30 before I went to bed. He specifically said "I can't make accommodations because of your personal life" but then doesn't show up 20 out of the 30 days in the month due to claiming he has all this time off he needs to use or that he is working from home. Didn't know you could supervise on site staff from home. He lets us work unsupervised until he has a power trip and feels the need to make a schedule but also doesn't know anything about the housekeeping he is making a schedule for. I would love to tell corporate more, but I need reassurance that I will not be retaliated against further.

Extremely poor company,!!!! I wouldn't let them clean,manage,or over see anything I have! Further more the director of( Point University ) is a joke, very dishonest person! I see now it's all about who you have in the higher offices! The turn over rate there needs a motorized door,due to very extremely sorry facatity directors!!!!! I would not tell anyone to use them,or work for them!!
