Mountainside will always get Five Stars from me!! The best management Staff I’ve ever lived under!!! The property manager Ms. Josephine Is Truly the Greatest Manager Ever!!! She is so professional and down to earth! She is understanding and always makes her self available in your time of need, even tho she never stops being busy!!!.. She deserves her flowers💐💐💐and more!! She is maintaining the ongoing of this Beautiful Complex she keeps the maintenance crew on their toes! because they always deliver an awesome job in keeping things fixed and tidy around here! and everyone is so friendly I love it my kids love it my husband loves it ! I'm very grateful for everyone, especially Liz our manager at Garden's at Sierra who along with Tony in maintenance that went above and beyond in me moving back in, and Maria, along with Keairra who helped me greatly with the paperwork and helping me to stay relaxed through the process and all of the employees that helps us all in many ways. Above and beyond. Grateful for all the efforts everyone puts in in keeping things running smoothly along with clean and beautiful complex. There's peacefulness in all the staff with a balance of professionalism. But it's the kindness that each and everyone with National Core that really makes me feel at home here .

I currently live at mountainside and I have now been her a little over a year. I had to fight to live in this community as I was restarting life and well I didn't have qualifications they desired. I sat in corporate till I got approved for a chance to prove myself as a resident. Needless to say Josephine the manager assisted me by advocating for me and I finally was approved to move in and as I was saying I have been here a year never late on my rent and in recovery three and a half years now. Because they took a chance on me and rebuilding my life all three of my children are back home now after 3 almost four years. I won my trial and I am so very grateful for being given a chance to start over and prove I am a good resident so I could bring home my baby boys. Thank you Josephine and all the staff here at mountainside god truly blessed me by allowing the opportunity to rebuild. I am forever grateful to this community. Love you all, Brigette

I am a tenant at the Crestview Terrace located in San Bernardino,CA. I have been here for just a bit over 2 years, just me and my son and we absolutely love being here!! There is a program-Hope through Housing whose does just that!! Offer hope and aspirations through interactive events and meeting conducted weekly/monthly. National Core offers resources to see what their residents wants,needs,and interest are. I love that there's security to monitor the area,as well as a boys and girls club on site! My son gets the opportunity to meet and play with other kids in the community! National Core provides events that encourage and inspire their tenants to maintain good physical health as well as mental health. They even conduct community meetings every so often to get our feed back as residents and I truly appreciate it! The leasing staff is always so nice and attentive, maintenance staff responsive and professional! I must say I am so happy to be apart of this community!!

My family and I had issues with this company and management from where we used to live a couple of months ago in SD. The time for them to reach us out, calling them for 4 months by leaving messages about our situation (the inbox was full and automated system was useless), resulted to give us a warning letter for being a nuisance. We showed evidence after evidence, and nothing was documented. We suffered mental health issues to this day and never got shown any remorse for it. It shows they have given out false hope and no empathy from property management (Ms. K...a S.....z) and corporate (Mr. S.... E.....a). It's unfair and unethical to keep people employed who do nothing and keep a company running like this. This all happened for 6 years...

Hi I like to say I lived in the mountain side apartment homes about 7 years ago. They told me it could take up to 3-5 years on low income housing I got in 1 year so there is hope the manager Marci is great keeped up everything was on top of people and apartments!! Awesome made u feel safe! I left to a bigger place for me and my kids there older now on there own adults and like to return to one of the properties for myself I am on the waiting list I have hope they will call me soon!! Once u get approved everything goes pretty fast and on time!!

I’m sorry for the last review I was totally wrong I didn’t know that they were taking one maintenance and putting him else where the two we have here they are doing good with all the over lap in work. I really have no complaints about them I would like to thank Linda for taking the time to explain it to me we all got spoiled with Pedro but he is off to big and better adventure just keep up the work guys
