Could not be more happy with the level of dedication and prompt replies and support in this competitive market. Nate and his team, specifically Katie, made this daunting process easy. There were no surprises and closing day a breeze.

All of the underwriting was done ahead of time and allowed us to remain competitive in this brutal market with the option of closing within 2-3 weeks even with a VA loan.
